Leopard Anatomy
As with all felines there is plenty of strength to be found. These animals may look very gentle and lazy when they are resting but when they are awake it is a different story. They usually move around at a slow pace so that they are able to conserve energy.

Leopard Habitat and Distribution
Asia, Africa, and Siberia are the homes of the Leopard. Very small numbers of them are found in China and Malaysia. They used to be very large in number in those areas but that is where they have been heavily hunted.

Leopard Evolution and Subspecies
The Leopard is a feline and they have been known to be around for at least the past 11 million years. However, they have shown that they are versatile and adaptable in ways that other cats haven?t.

Leopard Reproduction
There isn?t a set season for mating to occur with the Leopard. However, during the period of time when there is rain and more food they are more likely to do so.

Leopard Feeding
The Leopard doesn?t pass up a single opportunity when it comes to hunting. Many experts believe this accounts for why they have been able to survive through millions of years as well as environmental changes.
